Since urban gardening is a hot topic in our family at the moment, the “Prinzessinengarten” in Berlin-Kreuzberg was an absolute must to visit. It’s great to see what a few people can create – a socio-ecological hotspot in the city.
Although the idea of urban gardens is not really typical for German people, you can see that there has been a prussianization of the garden. The watering system is very developed and structured. It was definitely fun to visit the garden, and if you haven’t been there yet – go there!
